Synopsis Hurrah!

I'm currently working on a synopsis for my latest novel. For those of you who have never been through the publishing process, one of the things you need to do is provide a synopsis for your publisher. This can be incredibly difficult, because you've got to try to capture the tension of your story, without including any of the dialogue or descriptive writing. Basically, you're boiling your work down to the bare bones. Like I said, this is hard to do, but it's actually an excellent way to analyze your story. There's nothing like looking at your plot without any of it's clothes on. I'm telling you, if there are any embarrassing problems, you'll see them.
